Harbour Rocks Hotel, MGallery by Sofitel

We arrive at the Harbour Rocks Hotel, MGallery by Sofitel in Sydney by the afternoon. This hotel is a mix of old world charm and modern styling. Our room, is modern with hints of exposed brick and lovely rose gold fittings…

Dropping our bags, we go for a wander, exploring The Rocks area alongside Sydney Harbour. As we arrive back I can’t help but stop at Creperie Suzette at the bottom of the Hotel. Having lived in Paris previously it’s so lovely to come across an authentic creperie like this one. We both order Nuttela and lemon sugar crepes, which are my favourites. You never regret a Nutella crepe!

A little relax in our room later is followed by dinner a romantic dinner at Scarlett Restaurant.

The next morning I make a quick stop to Chanel 7 Studios for a chat on The Morning Show with Kylie and Larry. I’m painting live on the show, although I am much more nervous about chatting than painting! All goes well on the show, and we then make sure to grab some take away coffees from Creperie Suzette for one more stroll around circular quay and a wander into Sydney CBD for a spot of shopping. I do visit Sydney quite a lot for work, but this is the first time I have stayed in The Rocks itself. Everything about this hotel is charming, and convenient. I think one more crepe is in order before we go…
